Kirk Douglas the iconic Hollywood star best known for his portrayal of the character “Spartacus” in the 1960 eponymous movie by Stanley Kubrick died on February 5, 2020 at his home in Beverley Hills, California.
Douglas was 103 and had an acting career that spanned over six decades from the 1940s to 2000s. Kirk Douglas was an icon of the golden age of Hollywood. He shall be missed by many including son Michael Douglas who in 2018 had dedicated his Hollywood star to his father in his acceptance speech.
