The cast of Money Heist

Much like Dali who understood and was adept in manipulating perception and reality the Professor to the amusement of millions of fans is the master of strategy and sleight of hand. Each heist is planned to the minutest detail. With contingencies and multiple scenarios explored.

The mask and red jumpsuit have become a symbol of resistance and national pride. The audience and fans find themselves rooting for the underdog. The little guy. Praying for their success and triumph over the oppressive authorities with bated breath.

The TV series cum VOD’s success and allure is based on its action fueled suspense and masterful writing of the creator and producer Alex Pina.

Great music selection too. From the opening score by “My Life is Going On” by Cecilia Krull’s to the Italian folk song “Bella Ciao” by Mani Pilas and the mellow soulful “Days Like This” by Van Morrison. each song is well chosen to enhance the narrative and action.

Money Heist is indeed a global phenomenon. 2 dollars well invested by Netflix.
